Would you rather end 4-12 and get a high draft choice? Or win out going 9-7. Almost definitely missing the playoffs but feel better about Tannehill?

Tough, tough question. On the one hand, you don't want your QB to bring even more question marks to a team that's already riddled with them. OTOH, we desperately need elite talent on defense, and the only way we'll be able to acquire it is through the draft. If you win meaningless games and end up 9-7, your chances of selecting a top rated defensive player decrease.

lose out. hard. this team ain't winning a SB this season. meaningless wins do nothing but cost you great players come april

Win out.

But if I had to choose the most likely, I'd say we lose out.

Win. Every game, I cheer to win. When the clock starts on opening kickoff, I don't care about records, draft choices, or status. All I care about is beating the other team. Be proud. No rolling over. Everything left on the field, no matter what.

Just win.

I still think at 9-7 you have a chance to make the playoffs but even then, they will just get embarrassed. Lose out and get a top 5 pick is the way to go, but you know this team will be 7-9 or 8-8 when it is all said and done.

I will never root to lose. All those people who wanted to suck for Luck. I can't get on board with that

I obviously want the Dolphins to win the next 50 Super Bowls. But if winning out means they don't make the playoffs, I'd prefer 4-12. By the time free agency begins none of us, or the majority of us, won't give a **** about this season and will be happy to mock draft players in the Top 10 that can make the Dolphins a better team.

I would rather win out. Especially if that means taking away home field advantage from the Patriots.

I'd rather lose more games than win. I mean, it'll suck losing them all and might be nice to see a win or two. But we really, really need a top 10 pick at minimum. 6-10 might be good enough for that...

Win out .

I've had enoug losing over the years .

I rather go 9-7 and get the 18th pick than have to sit at that stadium and watch more losses just to get a pick we'll probably miss on anyways .

Do good teams need good picks to find good players ?????

I seem to notice the patriots finding player after player even though they're drafting late EVERY year .

It's not where you draft gentleman . That means zero .... If you know how to draft you'll find quality players .

Tough Question.
Winning out is better than losing out because it means certain underperforming players would have made significant strides under the recent coaching changes which would make us all feel better about the future of the franchise.
This is more important than the ability to draft one elite player.

That said I would prefer losing out over winning 3-4 more games which does nothing for us.
