If we could wheel and deal starters like Tannehill, Landry, Suh and Jones (Contracts aside). And not resign Miller, would you do this for many draft picks to create a new environment bred in a draft for success team build?
Getting young talent via the draft like JJ did in Dallas.
Combined with the new GM and HC.

I support bringing in a GM and coach that share a vision and will do what they need to do.
I dont think any team needs a true blow up of players, use what pieces you want.

I would support big changes in the front office, coaches and GM as well as new QB who the new regime sees as a better fit.

I think a full blowup is the only thing I think will fix this. It should have happened two years ago.

Yeah sure, if they blow up the front office and fix that first...

We need 2 starting caliber guards, a LT, replace all LBs, a DE possibly 2 depending on Vernon FA and Wake recovery, all new CBs and a FS. It is already blown up!

The front office needs to go. The players will be dealt with just as any good roster turnover is done. We need a legit GM and coach combo. As mentioned above it is already pretty blown up roster wise.

Blowing it up doesnt mean trading any player with a semblance of talent. It makes no sense to trade good players like Landry when you're just gonna have to use draft picks to replace him and the percentage chance of a draft pick being able to replace him is slim. The mistake that the Dolphins have made over and over is thinking that you can easily replace the talent you jettison if you stockpile picks. If you're going to build a winner, you need good young players, which is more easily accomplished if you don't get rid of good young players.

No i think the young talent is there guys like tannehill, miller and wr core is set. But certain positions need to be blown up. Oline, lb core and secondary outside of jones.

It's not Madden you can't blowup a team like that one you would never get value for your players cause everyone know your dumping players

No, I don't support a complete blow up. We need to recruit a good Head Coach and allow him to bring in his coaching team. I like Hickey as GM. I think that his skill is in player evaluation and he can work with whoever is appointed coach.
