Was thinking about how our team stacks up against other teams that I would consider on the rise with a young QB. I was thinking about a few teams that are roughly in the same position as us. All have a young QB and a young roster. These teams are all expected to be better in 2016 than they were last year.... The question is : would you rather have our complete 53 player roster or the RAIDERS , JAGUARS , or the TEXANS. This does NOT include coaches or front office personnel. This includes this years rookie class...... Try removing your aqua colored glasses to give a realistic answer. Also explain why you chose the team you did

I would be excited to be a JAGS fan or a Raiders fan, but I wouldnt trade my Phins for those other players as a whole.

Raiders easily. Their defense makes this an easy choice although they have a pretty impressive offense as well.
They have a lot of depth on their DL. Their front seven in general is pretty good especially with the additions of Bruce Irvin, Jihad Ward, and Shilique Calhoun. The secondary received a huge boost with Sean Smith, Reggie Nelson, and Karl Joseph joining the team.
Their OL is one of the best in the league and got better when they added Kelechi Osemele in free agency.

Raiders ... easy choice. They have what looks like a perennial pro bowler at QB and an absolutely stacked roster. Mack is going to light it up this season. Been waiting for them to be good again for a while. The NFL is better for it when they're good ... plus the fans are hilarious.
I love the jags roster as well but I don't know about bortles. They'll go as far as he can take them. Defense should keep them in a bunch of games though.
Texans ... meh. Osweiler has an uphill climb and that roster isn't as loaded as the previous 2 mentioned.

Raiders for sure for the reasons those 2 said. Jags > Texans
would anyone choose the Jags roster over ours ? Their offense should be better next year as Bortles gets more use to playing in the NFL. Plus they added Ivory. Their def, at least on paper, looks awesome. They have Telvin Smith, Malik Jackson, Cyprien, Fowler, Ramsey, Miles Jack, and Posluzny. I think that both the Raiders and Jags could make the playoffs next year. I think I would trade our roster for the Jags' roster.... When you think about how much Phailbin restricted the growth of our young talent it's depressing, ex: Rishard Matthews, Ajayi, Parker
The Titans are on the rise too with Mariota and their improved running attack. DGB and rishard matthews is a sweet combo at wr too.

You mean Derek Carr ? His team record is not that good but he played well in year 2 and showed a lot of promise.
