hell yes. it is very easy to come to an agreement wiht this type of a person and to control him. YOu just have to come across him as a friend, not just a coach and as a backup you make a contract that states any behavior that u see problematic, u can release or whtaevr u choose is the right consequence for. we need the leader, vocal, pump up, and talent type of guy he is.
