Lamar Miller - RB - Texans
The Texans could release Lamar Miller.

Miller had a career worst 3.7 YPC last season after fading down the stretch in 2016. Owed $14 million over the next two years, he’s not a lock to be back. D’Onta Foreman was pushing Miller for touches before landing on IR and gives the Texans an in-house replacement if they move on. Even if Miller returns, it’s possible he’ll be shifted into more of a pass game role. The Texans can save $5.75 million from making Miller a post June cut.

I’d welcome Lamar Miller back with open arms. Of course it need to be at the right price.

Would be funny if this happened given all the “we always let our stars leave” bellyaching that happened when he left. I’m not worried about RB but sure he’s an option. There’s always an oversupply for backup RBs

...and the king and the queen went back to the green but you can never go back there again...Billy Joel said it best...

I wouldn't go back to the well....build for the future...don't rent the past

I would for the right price. Just never put him in on 3rd down.

Nope we need a short yardage back behind Drake. Happy to see we made the right decision with this guy, I like many never saw the appeal and was glad we let him walk. Give me Hill.

Ehhhh he really hasn't been that great with Houston and seems to have lost a step. I think there are better options at this point.

The Fins FO has done a good job with a run of young and cheap RBs. Miller, Ajayi, & now Drake looks to be the part. I say roll with Drake and spend money elsewhere.
