If we don't feel who's left at 19 is worth it - trade down and get more picks. However, if there's game changer (offense or defense) take him.

Yes, I will do the deal. Unless there is a player we definitely want at #19, not Bridgewater, his wonderlic score of 20 won't help his draft stock either.

Wonderlic score? :bobdole:

Didn't Dan The Man score something like a 2 on that thing?

Patrick Peterson - 9

AJ Green - 10

Cam Newton - 21

I hope like hell we have the opportunity to make that trade and pull the trigger quickly. We could fill a lot of needs and wants quickly.

I just hope we don't pick Bridgewater at #19. Hickey has been a breath of fresh air lately, but he must make a big splash in the draft. If he is there, or Manziel, I'd hope someone trades up nicely to our spot to take them.

Your premise supposes that Bridgewater is falling. I think we'll see in May that was never the case. He won't get out of the top 10. The draft media are as gullible as ever when it comes to info passed to them from front offices and agents.

Bridgewater is the third-best quarterback in this draft. He won't be drafted ahead of Manziel or Bortles.

Bridgewater has small hands ladies and gentleman... The last QB we took that had small hands and a fumbling issue was Dante Culpepper and we ALL know how that worked out......

Well there's 2 different sides to your statement. No, he's not the 3rd best QB in the class. But yes it's a possibility that Manziel or Bortles will be drafted ahead of him.

LOL, Bridgewater never had any fumbling issues while he was here. And Louisville didn't exactly have the best OL last season so there was plenty of times for him to fumble but it was never an issue. The "small hands" thing is so cliche.

It's not like it's an SAT. Wonderlic is garbage. You don't prepare for it and nobody cares about it. It's a high-pressure, timed test and a lot of people don't work well under those circumstances and the questions are hodge-podge. Marino scored low but was a great QB. He had great football intelligence, also.

I had to take one later in life, years after college and some of the questions took me off guard. I didn't even realize you're supposed to skip the hard ones...lol. Anyway I bombed, and my boss thought I was an idiot. Nevertheless, I excelled at my position and was promoted twice.

Numbers wise sure...

But it really depends who is on the board at 19.

If say....Ebron is on the board at 19? No, rather take Ebron.

If all of our top targets are gone and we are reaching, sure. Maybe please everyone and trade down to #26 and take Moses (FH fap favorite).

Absolutely.

So it depends on if either a playmaker is there, or our best tackle/guard. If neither are there you want to trade down, because O linemen will be there later, and we need more picks. Plus we'd definitely end up with a really good RB doing that.

The thing about our offense, is that there's NOTHING really loaded, where you say, we're scary at that position. TE....we don't have anyone with Clay. WR....Wallace is our only real playmaker, everyone else is solid but nothing special. RB....Miller is a one trick pony, Moreno is a nice addition but has his flaws. So we could go a lot of ways in round one if talent falls to us by chance.

Well if Bridgewater was there. **** trading back you take him at 19......

This is the Cardnal I would want at 19. If the top tackles are gone we can still get good players in round 2. Calvin Pryor could start right away and would help out on the back end of our defense.
