If we were to pick someone up that is cut we wouldnt know if he was better than someone we already had on the roster. Not only that but if we traded for someone they wouldnt know our plays audibles or their assignments well enough to be effective. We have Sammy after the first four weeks I just feel like picking someone up would be a liability seeing how we have just 5 days before our first game.

Lets let Culpepper spell Ronnie on 3rd down and bring in Joey as Qb then......We can run the 2 Qb option

I always wanted Marcus to go to Atlanta so that would happen.

How cool would it be to have two QBs, standing back in a pro formation from shot gun. Coupled with the run threat of Mike, that would be soooo cool.

You're right. I think it'd take 2-3 weeks for a 1 new RB to be reliable enough in blitz pickup and the playbook. I was only expecting Morris to get 5-6 carries per week, so if Ronnie can take 2-3 more, I'm sure KJ-Minor can hande 2-3 carries per week. I think this entire situation is waaaaay overblown. Don't forget we went the first 4 games without Ricky last year and did pretty well if you ask me.

Theres no reason one of those guys can't handle the same 5-6 carries. Minor could spell Ronnie on some 3rd down as well if he needs a breather. He can pick up the blitz and is an adequate reciever. If we're going to bring in another back, it should only be someone that represents a significant upgrade-- ie, we would keep him beyond the 4 games. I dont know that any of the guys out there would provide that.
