I urge everyone to check out NFL.com. I urge everyone that once they are there, to check the standings in the AFC East.

I want everyone to look real close and notice that the Dolphins are only one game behind the Patriots and Jets. They are two games behind the Bills.

This is hardly any reason to panic. There are still 11 more games to go - 11 more games!!!!

The Dolphins are a good football team - they should be able to make it out with either a 9 - 7 or 10 - 6 record.

Everyone relax!

i agree with 9-7.

To win 10 we need to steal 2 wins along the way that we were not supposed to win.

Plus, we still play the Bills twice, the Pats once and the Jets once. And just look at the back half of our schedule. It's set up for us to make a late run.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pear Harbor?!!!!!!:woot:

we are 2 plays away from being 4-1

amazing, especially considering who we have played

having a competent veteran QB makes a world of difference

you agree with 9-7 but we have to steel 2 games to get 10-6 that doesnt make sence we would only have to steal one game

We could probably pull out one win against the Bills im not gonna say we will sweep them because with the exception of that big comeback game in 05 the Bills have owned us the last few years, and for the record it was the Japanese

Go Phins!!!!

I dont see anyone panicking. At 3-2 we're still in the thick of it. Plenty of season and optimism ahead. GO DOLPHINS!

It's not so much panicking as it is most of us are heartbroken. Most of us looked right past the Texans and no matter how badly the players and coaches don't want to admit it I think they did too. We all bought into the hype and this game just brought us back down to earth.

I forgot what it was like to lose and go through an entire week saying "what if". I keep replaying that Johnson catch and keep saying " What if Bell knocks that down" or "what if that Porter incompletion was a fumble" , "what if we got that interception". It really really sucks.

Truth is I see us bouncing back against a mediocre football team. They've been in some close games but it wasn't because of the offense. Miami needs to go back to the basics and not panic. I believe the Pats and Bills will both lose this weekend. If somehow the Jets can lose to the Raiders that'd be best thing that could happen. I truly see us being around come December. I'm already getting my December 28th tickets against the Jets ready hoping that we're still alive. The NFL is a crazy, crazy ****ing thing. Only in pro sports can a team go 1-15 one year and double that win total against two favorites to win the Super Bowl.

It has it's ups and downs and the loss this week hurt. But we're going to bounce back, I know it.

Finheaven has some very passionate posters, thing is that we all like to channel it in differant ways. Some, like myself, try to stay positive, even if it gets down to pure blind optomism. Some posters dont set their hopes too high so to be even more elated with a win, yet it often comes off as pessamistic. Of course, this was a truly heart breaking loss, and our differant coping methods are are conflicting here. We are not out of it, but the jury is still out on if we are/were in it to begin with.

:lol:Of coarse we are still in it.

13-3

They lost two very winnable games against very mediocre teams. Thats just not what playoff teams do. This team will win 6-7 games. Much better than last year and a great way to usher in this new era.

We are already twice as good as last year.

Realistically, what were the expectations for a team that only won one game last year?

There are still plenty of spots on this team with guys that will be gone by next year.

There is still more than half the season to go, who knows how this will shape up.
