If they all announce, there could be quite a few qb's to take this year.

Rivers

Leinhart

i saw on espn that there is good chance houston won't want to pay david carr the 9 mill they oew him next year.i think if he had a o line he will be good!

We need to do what must be done to get Leinart, my preference, or Quinn. No if's, and's or but's about it. It's time to build this team around a top-notch college prospect.

I'd like to see Kitna groom Leinart for a season or two.

Matt Leinart + Ronnie Brown + Randy McMichael + Improved OL = Future Offensive Juggernaut

vince young announced he was staying.

but we'll see if he has the same attitude, when the millions start calling his name.

i want rivers, always have. would give our first for him in a heartbeat.

Why not?

Record-wise, we're not doing a lot better than we did last year. Who knows how ugly the rest of the season will get. If we finish 4-12 or 5-11 (We're on pace for 5-11), it's very possible we'll be in position to trade up and get Leinart. In fact, it's possible we may end up with the second overall pick again, and it's possible that a team with the first overall pick will choose Reggie Bush over Leinart.
