I woke up this morning and grabbed my SI that came in the mail yesterday. I have to admit I was excited to dive into it this morning because it has the whole season preview in it. I cannot believe what I read, not only do they have Miami finishing 3rd in the division but they have their record at 7-9 !!!! I am completely surprised and disgusted. I grabbed the schedule out of it and threw the mag away without even reading one sentence of the article itself.

Just a differing opinion. Tbh we have no idea what any team's record will be, just sit back and ride the wave. Fin football is back!
 
Hey don't feel bad! My fantasy league predicted Miami will only generate 2 sacks in its game against Washington and Cousins.

I've said it about before and I'll say it again. We will know what kinda team we have based on how they play to their competition. If they dominate teams they are better than and really compete and win those close games against the upper tier teams..we will know we got something!

The experts are going to be disappointed in how the predict the Jets and Bills. Both have great defenses and good run games, however, all you can be is mediocre with a below average qb. Offenses are way ahead of defenses, and even the best will allow points and force that team to have to have their qb make plays.

The Patriots are the defending NFL champions and the Bills have a dominate defense. I'm not saying Miami won't win the division or finish second, but I could see why someone who doesn't have biased interest might see Miami finishing as high as Miami fans think they will.

I think New England is beatable. Then again I thought they were beatable last season too. Until the real bullets fly in regular season I can see why you would have the defending champions ahead of an 8-8 team.
 
AFCE is now the toughest div in football, with defenses geared to disrupt the Pats rhythm offense. It won't be their usual cakewalk
 
I don't think Ive seen a weaker pats roster in all these years.
 
SI also said Tony Mandarich was best prospect ever.
