Not bad. The white quartz countertops and backsplash is overkill in the kitchen but that’s what designers do now.

Tua, rip out the backsplash and throw some grey tiles up there, way too much white in there. (I sell countertops so I can nitpick).

This is a decent “starter” home.

Wait until he has that Tannehill money and see what he buys.

If he plays to a top 5 level that next contract will be in tbe $300 mil range cause that’s where the market will be by then. assuming health of course.

the Mahomes thing is just a start to where it’s heading.

Beautiful home near the facility. Lakefront is smart choice as they continue to go up in value. 1 acre lot provides good space. I did not see a dock so not sure how big the lake is or if boats are allowed on it. that would be the only change. Good starter home for single person and humble home for humble personality. TUA wants to be close to facility which is a good move too. Marino lives in Weston area so I wonder if this home is also in the Weston area. Could be.

Davie is the adjoining city East of the city of Weston.

Spendingthat kind of $ I'd want it on saltwater.

I love the oceanfront property (on the ocean or on the intracoastal waterway) in this area.

However, it is about 12 to 16 miles East of the area I live in (and now Tua lives in).

If you want some sort of suburban home and lifestyle, that pretty much eliminates oceanfront property.

They're basically opposite ends of the populated area of the county.

You go East (if you want ocean and can afford it), or you go West and live on a lake if you want water.

I've done both, and have been doing suburbs/lake only for the past 8 years.
