After seeing the Bills game, Chargers game, our game, the panthers game, etc.....it is obvious that offenses are no where near caught up with defenses right now. Remember when Ronnie Brown led the league in yards from scrimmage through 7 weeks? Do you also remember how he didn't do dick through the first 2 weeks? I am waiting till at least week 3 to even contemplate panicking. Our defense looks AWESOME!! Lets just hope our O-line can get in Sync!!
 
dude charger's oline is horrible. I think we have a chance to beat them.

Good post. There is only a handful offenses that are ahead right now. Yeah it would be nice to have the Ravens, Saints, or Vikes offenses right now but that is not the reality. Let's see where we are between weeks 4 and 5. After observing the NFL for years back when it was 14 game schedule it was after week 2 or 3 when you know what you had. In this day and age weeks 4 or even 5 IMHO.
 
Let's face it,you take a look at all the weekends scores, there were A LOT of close games this weekend that "Shouldn't" have been close at all. If we still suck in week 5 as bad as we did in week one, THEN I will be upset.

Nah San Diego is the most talented team in the world and they will win the Super Bowl for the 6th straight year. OH WAIT, at least as far as the pundits are concerned.

How do we get so angry about what the experts say when they've missed on the Chargers like 7 years in a row?

Yea.. that's the ENTIRE OFFENSES FAULT. Also Dan Henning and Tony Sparano.

We got out played and outcoached.

If you were expecting to wake up Sunday and the Dolphins turning into Ben Rothlesberger you're crazy.

But I know what you're argument will be.. and you'll hijack this thread into a henne thread.

It's one freakin game. ONE. And act like we're suck.. We also were an 11-5 team last year.
 
No argument there, it is the entire offenses fault. No need to hijack the thread, there are plenty of other henne/Penny threads to use.

We were 11-5 a yr ago and beat up on defenses that were in the bottom half of the league. The top defenses smacked us around and will continue to do so.

nah, I'm saying the sky wasn't as high as many of you believed it was.

We'll see what kind of pride this team has next week. I expect them to rebound strong!.. I expect top defenses to smack around everyone. You're not a top defense by smacking the dolpins around solely.

It's not losing that bugs me as much as it is how we lose. It pissed me off watching the game thinking that TS and the coaching staff didn't prepare our teams properly. We looked flat, unfocused, and slow. THAT I didn't expect.

Many of who? I thought we would be lucky to go 8-8 this year. Seems to me the people who thought we were a shoe in to win the division are the ones who are whining the loudest now.
