WQAM Reports Dolphins and Chiefs close to a deal

Just heard on WQAM that the Dolphins and Chiefs are close to a deal that would send Dwayne Bowe, and Glenn Dorsey to Miami for 3 undisclosed draft pics. I also heard that Miami and Carolina are also in talks to send WR Steve Smith to Miami, but Miami it waiting to see which deal will better serve the team. So, expect one of these deals to be announced sometime today before the deadline.

Steve Smith is one of my favorite players in the NFL, he's amazing...

If this doesn't come true who's responsible for getting my hopes up? There will be serious repercussions :crazy:
 
If you aren't giving up 2 1st rd picks I just wonder what KC is thinking? It makes no sense to just give away young players.

WOW that would be a crazy pickup for you guys! Sounds like an LSU special. I hope you guys can get Dorsey motivated. I know we really wanted him a few years ago but worked out a deal to trade up and draft Ellis instead. Dorsey and Bowe have been a disappointment in KC but honestly who hasn't the last couple of years.
 
Not a big fan of Dorsey personally. He's a 4-3 DT, 3-4 DE and DE is arguably our most stacked position. But Bowe or Smith? I'll pick em up at the airport.
 
Dorsey doesn't make any sense at all....he is strictly a 4-3 DT or lineman. Thats why the dolphins didn't draft him. This sounds false and I wouldn't want to give up extra picks for dorsey. I only want Bowe
 
This wont happen. Only the jets and pats get teams to give them players like this with a 7th rounder. I hope Ireland can pull this off, but i just dont see it. Just with Bowe I will be thrilled and Ginn at spot 2.... Nasty
 
lol i dont think so.. maybe bowe.. but dorsey was a top five pick.. i would be shock.. i mean shock if they pulled something off like that.. but what would we have to give up????
