Does anyone want to look at him? It seems that no team has been after him, where there has been worse WR's signed to bigger contracts than what he would be taking. I think we should at least look at him. He could go great with Ginn, Wilford and Hagan. I think he is a really good WR who was burried on the Cardinals Depth chart behind Fitzgerald and Boldin. Just another target to help out Beck this season. I dont think he would be a huge contract but then again that might be why noone has signed him yet.

The trouble is, who knows what he is. He dont get any playing time. He could be anything.

I don't think we're gonna do anything else till after the draft other than the ST players that we've been talking to....after the draft we'll know(Tuna)what we need and then you might see us doing something then.

Ozzy rules!!

Just be patient ...maybe he will sign a "prove it" deal like Stallworth did last year after he found no takers. If it comes to a 1 year "prove it" deal he will want a place with playing time to showcase his skills. We can offer him plenty of playing time.

Either that or there is information in league circles that we are not privey to and no one wants to touch him.

Im trusting Parcells on this one.....

Actually, he played quite a bit for a third receiver bro...and actually started a handfull of games when Anquan went down this year.

I think mostly it is price compared to what he is. He will be a VERY solid #2 reciever, nothing more nothing less.

I wanted him SOOOO bad 3 weeks ago (Dont anybody go there :shakeno:)..but in retro glad we got Willford for a fraction of the price

That being said, if Parcells/Ireland can work magic and get him in Aqua and Orange...I would be estatic.

According to Bill fans he's another HUGE FA they think will transform their team into division and playoff contenders. They're practically pissing their pants over the thought of signing him. I'll let you decide what to think of his talent and ability. Obviously I have little faith in any player looking to play in Buffalo. They either love money so much that they would over look the Bills tragic history or they simply can't find a home anywhere else.

Teams want cheap potential or expensive proven but B. Johnson is expensive potential and that is undesireable.

Would you pay a lot on him being a second WR. if you do, i will back him on your recommendation, just reckon he will come to dear.

I know when Johnson has started in place of Boldin and Fitzgerald the last couple of years, he really didn't step up like I expected. He was just average. he frustrated me bad since he was on my fantasy team, last year when I had to replace Boldin and the year b4 when I had to replace Fitzgerald. His numbers sucked as far as fantasy football goes. lol. I was surprised he didn't do better. I think he is a great number three, and just an average two.
I wouldn't mind if we got him if the price is right.

Guys don't forget that their will be better options after the next wave of cuts, They will be cheaper and a better fit and more proven.

Guys, Don't forget that there will be better options that are less expensive and more experienced. Just wait till the next round of cuts.

No bro, you are exactly right.

Kindve as I posted, he will be a VERY solid #2. He has proven himself. I have watched quite a bit of Bryant, and if he was on another team not having Boldin and Fitz, he very likely wouldnt be available..

Right now I think he is demanding #1 receiver money, and he isnt worth that.

I would easily pay him #2 money..and it might still come down to that...
