Here's another guy that I think gets added to the mix for the 3rd round. Powerful WR with a very solid build at a full 6-3, 212 lbs, tied for strongest WR at the combine putting up 21 reps of 225, ran an official 4.46 at the combine and had the biggest hands of any WR at 10 3/8".

In this clip he shows the toughness that you want out of a big WR, speed, a burst, separation ability, the works:

He doesn't dazzle on film, but the speed is there, plus he has pretty good quicks and a burst. Whereas Martavis Bryant is the darkhorse big WR imo with his potential, size, speed, burst and pretty good college production, Matthews is the more polished and accomplished big WR imo and reminds me a bit of Allen Robinson of Penn State. Sneaky fast with a burst and will go up to get the ball. Plus, both were extremely productive in college- impressing at the combine is of course important , but these guys did it in college, dominated and got the job done. With the Dolphins having signed his college QB Jordan Rodgers, maybe he'll be whispering in Lazor's and Philbin's ear about Matthews, you never know. And it could very well take a 2nd rd pick to draft Matthews, he's just a solid overall WR with the size, ability and intangibles that teams covet. He's just a very good football player.
I'm all for building up the OL, but at the same time there's something to be said for drafting a guy like Matthews, Robinson or Bryant and also for drafting a dynamo like WR Brandin Cooks in the 1st rd. My gut tells me that OT/OG Zack Martin is a smart pick at #19 and he might not even make it there. That being said, this works for me as well:
1. WR Brandin Cooks
2. OLB Kyle Van Noy
3. DE James Gayle
4. OG Trai Turner
5. The best RT that you can find in a very deep class
6. Matt Patchan
7. LT depth like Wesley Johnson, OG depth like Zach Fulton or WR depth like Shaquelle Evans, Devin Street or John Brown
