Apologize if already posted.

Last year's stats, Stuckey-

2 games started (15 played), 32 receptions, 359 yards, 11.2 average, 3 tds.

this year- 11 catches, 120 yards, 1 td

Last year's stats, Edwards-

16 games started, 55 receptions, 873 yards, 15.9 average. 3 tds.

this year-10 catches, 139 yards, 0 tds.

Just some numbers to consider when determining our attitude towards the trade.

Interesting to say the least. Doesnt tell the entire story, but definetly is interesting

let's see...stuckey played on a team with a hof quarterback and the afc's best running game last year.....and was surrounded by a few other quality offensive players.

edwards played on a crap team with a crap running game, and mediocre qb and was the lone talent on offense. and the difference between 11.2 and 15.9 is pretty large.

Edwards was the #1 option on that team, Stuckey was the 2nd and a lot of times the 3rd option on the Jets. Also, Jets fans keep telling us how Favre was a waste last year, but when it benifits Jets fans, then he was no longer a waste....Amazing.

he was never the 2nd option because Coles was still there...

edwards was the only option on offense there period. look if you wanna sit here and try to justify a comparison of chansi freakin stuckey to braylon edwards as trying to prove that they're somehow equal talents then you're the one who's looking foolish. i shouldn't have even justified this comparison with a response.

Moronic response. Nobody is saying they are similar in talent. They were however, similar in production. Can't wait to see how many drops it takes before the same idiot jet fans call for him to be benched or traded.

moronic response to a moronic comparison. wtf is the point of the comparison if you're not trying to prove that stuckey can be just as good?

No way, talent wise Edwards in on another zip code, but sometimes receivers don't produce the way their talents say they should. Ginn for us, should be unstoppable, and imposible to cover, but he does not produce consistantly.

Ginn has never showed anything close to what Edwards has. edwards was a GREAT WR in 2006, Ginn hasn't even approached good yet.
