Loved him coming out of the draft a few years back. Wonder why they would shop him?

Fits the new offense well. Solid route runner, physical, doesn’t mind blocking, and excellent YAC guy.
That’s crazy. Over half his career yards are YAC yards. That’s pretty good.
Plus dude can run the ball on sweeps, screens, and reverses

Seems an odd play by the Jags. He's on his rookie contract and very little saving by letting him walk. Production has been OK last season except he couldn't find the end zone last year. Surely they would keep him as WR4.
Another good young WR doesn't hurt. He'd fit right in with Waddle and Wilson, who are both still in their early/mid 20's

I would be all over it.
The problem is Waddle, him and Wilson all greatly benefit being in the slot. Wilson and Shenault have enough size to get reps outside but it's not ideal whatsoever.
