WR Todd Lowber added to practice squad

Dolphins signed WR Todd Lowber to their practice squad.

That Papa Garrett's can't-miss project in Dallas took so long just to catch on with a practice squad doesn't bode well. Lowber is an athlete, but has little football experience and is highly unlikely to help Miami before 2009.
