The Dolphin game on Sunday Ticket in NJ was blacked out because the game was on CBS. But the Dolphins game was taking off of cbs early in the 4th and they put the Steelers game on. So I flipped over to the game channel on Sunday Ticket and it was still blacked out. So I missed the last 12 minutes of the the 4th quarter, I was pissed. You would think theyd take the blackout off and put the game on if they switch. Did anyone else have this problem??

You missed nothing. Don't worry.

Just one of those quirky things. Don't get too worked up over it.

I know I didnt miss anything but Im not going to be concerned that it might happen again in a closer game.

I did too!!!!! Cannot wait to hear what excuse Sunday Ticket and Directv come up with....I paid 200.00 to see my team play every week...not to see them only when the game is close :fire: :fire: :fire:

Same thing happened to us too...

We pay $$$ to see the games!

Most Fins games won't be on CBS where you live in Jersey. So it won't be an issue except once or twice a year where you live.

I saw the whole game here to the north

So did I. Hooray for Canadians! I don't have Sunday Ticket but I pay the extra $1 for east coast feeds on ExpressVu and I get almost every game. Love it.

im becoming less and less happy with DTV.. years ago I was always thrilled but the past 3 years things have really gotten worse...

Ive noticed that I get a lot of "studder" in the picture and audio more so now than I ever did before.. its not the dish alignment.. .as I checked the signal strength.. I believe they are sucking up bandwidth by trying to cram in more channels.. you know.. .the $100 HD football package.. total B.S. I have HD but I refuse to pay them another $100 when they used to include them as part of the sunday ticket.. ok rant off

About the only thing you missed in the 4th was Wes Welker making a nice catch.

but this wasn't what he paid for either.

i would call customer retention and raise hell until they make you feel better. if they don't, hang up and keep calling different ones. it doesn't matter if it is their fault or not, that is what they get for being in the bed with the money grubbing nfl. :yell:
sorry about the rant, i'm too pissed to talk football right now :fire:

That's not an excuse. He paid his money with the understanding he'd see all the games, all the time. I think a class-action suit should be brought against them, and see what happens from there. Maybe they would relent instead of fighting a lawsuit that makes them look bad in court.
