Well it is cute is all I will say. Lots of issues brewing on this team of top of this one so the way we are going IMO the one thing if Henne is this bad is at least the pain and suffering will be shorter lived. Of course after finally getting some of the pieces of the puzzle right after suffering through Saban, JJ and Mueller I just HATE thinking we might have to start over with the possiblity of one of those morons again.

Atlanta isn't even talking super bowl. Maybe their fans are, but nobody is mentioning ATL in the Super Bowl. Ryan is a very good QB, but I don't think wed be talking super bowl..

Dr.Slimm, your patients are ready. Also, read Nublar's post.

The Matt Ryan thing deserves to be brought up so long as this regime is in place and fails to address the QB position. It was their **** up. Once they are gone, I agree it's time to drop it as it's not the new regime's fault the previous failed (same reason I've dropped the Rodgers and Brees issues).

:crying: As a girl is crying :crying:
"He doesn't mean that. We won't really have Grossman."

Priceless....

Exactly. Its still fitting. The regime that ****ed it all up from the start is still here and thats still the move that has been the ultimate downfall of their reign here.

However, some blue pest keeps running around harping about **** from 2 regimes previous just because he cant stand that Ryan is a beast. Aaron Rodgers was drafted 22nd or something like that and there are multiple teams kicking themselves for not taking him. If the phins had taken him at 2nd overall, while it obviously wouldve been a great pick, it wouldve been considered a major reach at the time and therefore not even comparable to passing on Matt Ryan.

When these clowns are gone from our FO and coaching staff and we get a real QB, I will stop harping about how huge of a blunder it was to pass on Matt Ryan. Until then, its very relevant and is by far the biggest reason we are in the mess of a situation we currently find ourselves.

It's true -- everyone is entitled to wallow in self-pity. Hope that treats ya well.

Not necessarily.. Mayock had Rodgers as a top 5, I believe Gosselin did a 5 or 8... not expecially different than Ryan's projections which were scattered across the board. The biggest difference is that after Alex Smith was off the board, the 2 morons who needed QBs drafting at nos 2 and 5 took a p/t SEC running back and the other stood pat with Brian ****in Griese. No other need up until Ted Thompson got smart. By all rights, if the inmates weren't running the assylums... he should never have lasted beyond 5. :idk:

Self-pity? I'm not the moron that made the decision to draft o-line with the first overall pick rather than addressing the most important position in football. I almost feel bad for the poor *******s, having to sleep in the **** bed that they made for themselves. Almost.

The saddest part is that after taking an O-lineman 1st overall (and I like Long, he's elite, but he isn't a QB), 4 years later they STILL haven't settled the O-line. So any blather about "building a line" for a real QB is just that, blather.

Please god, bring this team a regime that understands just how important a QB really is in the NFL..................

This made my day and that's sad. I love the phins but they let me down year after year.
