Well what do you know? It says this gives X a raise even. It also says it’s not to free up money for extensions for Gesicki or Ogbah. I wonder if that’s completely true. They should extend both players IMO.

So it seems. My prediction is they use it to sign a couple TEs you never heard of - and another DB - to the practice squad.

Yeah this mostly helps with having more money to sign more players with all the injuries and more money this season that if unused rolls over to next season.
