Xavien Howard explains how the Dolphins can change their direction

It's so easy for Opponents to beat Miami, just don't make any mistakes and wait for Miami to make their inevitable back breaking mistakes. Buffalo pretty much did that both games this season.
Yeah and Buffalo played a lousy 2.5 quarters of ball to begin the game but it didn’t matter as we imploded every time we got into scoring position.

Happened in first game vs Buffalo with Grant fumbling, then the stupid safety vs the Raiders, the offsides on a forced punt vs the Colts, blocked FG vs Falcons, mental fart vs jaguars, fumbled snap in the red zone in the 2nd game vs Buffalo. Only poorly coached teams like Miami keep making game shifting mistakes like these every week.

So basically he is stating the entire team needs to play together and every unit needs to do their JOB.

It makes you wonder what Flores has been saying to the players if Howard thinks he needs to voice what is obvious to everyone who watches the Dolphins play.

Exactly, it's because Flores has not once stated this lol I've seen more coaching by players than by Flores and his coaching staff this season

In all honesty, can you point to one game in his tenure that you think "Wow, our brilliant offensive or defensive scheme really won that game"

Think about it this way. The best scheme anyone on this staff has come up with is "Let's blitz everyone at the QB!"

I liked Oshea. Amazing how our offensive hires keep getting progressively worse.

We aren't changing the direction of the team until Ross steps down and we clean house.
The first isnt going to happen, the second, it's possible, but only if we have another bad year. As much as we all wish it to come sooner.
