This is a prime example of why fantasy football has ruined many fans. They care more more about their "Fantasy team" than they do about their favorite football team winning...

I have no beef with him either. From certain players if they would have said that i would have been pissed. But since it is Johnson and I know he is saying it all in fun, i think its entertaining and refreshing (besides i am grateful that he was brought back a swagger to the Bengals .... If the fins dont win this year ... i will be rooting for the bengals to win it all or at least make the playoffs) . He is actually one of my favorite recievers :D

I love fantasy football there is nothing wrong with that. But I always have at least 4 dolphins starting on my team win or lose they start cause first and foremost I want the dolphins to win and then I want my fantasy players to do well.

I want the best of both worlds.

Chad Johnson can score a TD, he's on my fantasy team, but he better score if were up 24-0 and its late in t he 4th quarter :D
 
Let me get this straight. Some Dolphin fans are whining about Johnson being c0cky....but when McMichael/Madison/Seau/Marion do, or did, their little things it was "sweet"

It's football, you should be able to celebrate anyway you want after a score so long as it doesn't last forever and prolong the game. Don't like seeing it? Don't let the person score. The whole idea of taunting is f'ing ghey. They're big boys, learn to deal with getting scored on :rolleyes:
 
OK so Johnson guaranteed that they would beat the Chiefs but it wasn't really due to him. Peter Warrick had to step up for the mouth of Johnson in that game with some big plays. Chad is a great WR but there really is no need to be yapping especially when your team just lost last week.

Maybe its' just me, but I don't ever want the other team to score under any circumstances...

um, its a team game, a wins a win, the gaurantee worked - it fired the team up and they went out and did it.

As for the TD thing, what prolly happened was that chad was talkin to madison or surtain on the phone in the offseason and one of them was like, "i bet u dont gaurantee **** on us" and chad was like "aight fool its on" heh

who cares!!!!!! its all for fun, a more intense game is a better game. HE loves to please the fans, thats why hes a great great player. He is a top 3 receiver for a reason. He WILL find the endzone in my opinion. I wouldnt be surprised to see it on the first series!!!!! :D

That's true but I see him being shut down all game, call it a hunch.
 
oh and Chad Johnson is the reason we are on national tv. Palmer comes 2nd. There has to be a reason why we are on tv, all signs point to CJ and everything hes done over the past couple years. His jersey is a top 5 selling jersey in the NATION. His gaurantee, fines, and ability has gotten him more press than any bengal since 89 and Ickey did it then.
 
Suggesting that second game starter Carson Palmer has anything to do with you being on TV is like us suggesting that Miami is on national TV thanks to Matt Turk. :rolleyes2
 
To be fair, if television schedules were made after Ricky left, we would not have 2 SNF and 2 MNF games this year.
