Yahoo says Harbaugh to Fins/Michigan because players are disgruntled

Don't know why anyone would be excited to have a coach the players don't like. Harbaugh's personality rubs people the wrong way after a while. They've had a lot of success in San Francisco and they still don't like the coach...it would happen here eventually and then all you guys jumping for joy would end up turning on this guy just like the players in San Francisco.

Also found it interesting to see that the article states our owner is "working covertly" behind the scenes to make this happen. Didn't think he had the football cajones. lol.

hmm interesting. I'm still a Philibin supporter and hope he succeeds BUT maaaaan, Harbaugh is a proven winner and I'd love for him to be the Fins head coach. My only fear is that Ross is wanting Harbaugh for the Michigan job....lets hope not

Win win for me and Chambers. I'd love him in Miami but prefer him in Ann Arbor.

So long as we dont give up our first round pick to get him, i'll be ecstatic.

Perhaps, but the 3 years the players would love him would probably be frigging amazing. My main reason for bringing him in: we'd finally get competent play at the quarterback position. After all the crap we've gone through, thats pretty much my only concern at this point.

Well a few NFC Championship games and a Superbowl appearance get people excited. Especially when most people on this site can't remember the last Dolphins Superbowl apearance or playoff win.

Really? My cousin is a die hard 49er fan and he hates Kap. Says he's awful in the pocket. Kap is Haurbaghs guy.

Another bull in a china shop like the in-over-his-head HC and defacto GM who cost us Aaron Rodgers. I'm not surprised his act gets old with the players after the novelty wears off. I might be okay with him if Hickey or if there's a replacement GM hires him expressly as the HC, but definitely not if he bamboozles Ross into an oversight arrangement like the one Coach Mediocre, his agent and his agent's son colluded to arrange in St. Louis. In your puppy exuberance Mr Ross, please do not give this loose cannon the keys to the kingdom; Harbaugh doesn't stay anywhere too long whether it's wearing out his welcome or wonderlust. We can't afford a break in any continuity we might be building, watching him pull a Saban and high tail it to Michigan when the going gets rough.

Exactly.

I dont have a high opinion of Kap myself. Yet, despite that, Harbaugh has successfully won with him. Won quite a lot. He also made Alex Smith perform exceptionally and made Josh Johnson look good enough to be drafted.

For all the Tannehill bashing that occurs on here, i havent seen too many people slam his athleticism/talent/potential/whathaveyou. People mostly point to consistency. Id have every expectation of Harbaugh making him a capable quarterback. And if not, i could at least expect Harbaugh to create production at that position somehow...even if it is in the short term. If we are talking about only having him for 3 years anyways, then i'll take a short term approach so long as we are competing for Superbowls.
