Yea or nay to Morgan Moses at 19?

Meh..

Rather stay at 19 and take BPA (LB, TE, CB) and if Moses is the target, trade up into early second and grab him. (Probably give up a 5th or so)

It'd take more than just a 5th to move of several spots in the 2nd to get Moses if you really want him. It's a huge risk letting him slide to the 40th + pick.

not in the first. Maybe if we traded down idk, i dont see him as a 1 round guy

The draft is about value, and you're getting robbed if you pick Morgan Moses at 19. It would be a text book example of a reach. Like I said, obviously I would have several other options on my big board but Plan A for me would be drafting ILB CJ Mosley with the 19th pick, and trading up just inside the early 2nd round for OT Morgan Moses. It's a big gamble, but great value if it pays off.

From what I know today about Moses, I am not sure why reaching for a RT, in round 1, would be a good idea. NAY.

I'm not even sure he's better than Bitonio and if our doctors clear Kouandjio to play this year w/o surgery; rehab only, I would rather have him too. Moses doesn't excite me at all.

Bitonio is much more athletic, hard working, better leg drive. Moses only beats Bitonio in height and wingspan. Why reach and lean when you can run, chase and maul?

If Lewan isn't there at 19(which he probably won't) I'm waiting on tackle till round 2 or 3.

I'll kick a baby if we draft Moses at 19.

I need to know who's baby before I can comment.

i wouldn't mind him, not a sexy pick but its a need and this guy is gonna soar up the boards come draft time

Please no.

Moses in the 2nd round? Yes

Moses in 1st round? No

I'd rather give up a 5th and jump ahead of Baltimore to grab either Martin or Lewan than grab Moses in the first.

You will not get Moses in 2nd round at 50. You will either trade down and get him in lower first, or have to trade up from 50 to get him.

He is already moving up charts of folks like McShay. He may be ranked in top 25 by time of draft. Value thing is a tad subjective. Not everyday you can say you draft a player that played in your system. Oh wait, didn't that just happen (Sherman and Tannehill lol).

Well, you have to look at who is targeting OT early.

Ravens and Pitt really.

If Robinson, Matthews, Lewan, Martin are all gone by 19, that means plenty of OT needy teams already locked up 1st round OT's leaving Moses open for the taking in the second.

If say, Ravens and Pitt swung and miss, would need to move up ahead. I don't have the "trade value chart" with me, I'm sure someone can provide the +/- on the trade.

Move from 50 to around say.... 44 or 45 to jump Ravens and Pitt, I don't think a 5th is too low to jump 5 spots in the 2nd round.

Agreed.

I think Robinson, Lewan, Matthews, Martin are all gone by 19. Take BPA and trade up in second ahead of team that missed on top OT talent. (Ravens/Pitt IMO)

Not at 19. Much better talent available at 19. If we trade down, I'd be cool late 1st, early 2nd.
