I don't care if it's Nick as coach or another, quit talking "rebuilding".:fire:
WHO in their right mind predicted New Orleans to be the #2 NFC seed this year? They had a new coach, new QB, and a 7th rd pick as their top rookie with Reggie Bush on the team!
Who picked the Jets to make the playoffs?
Who picked the Ravens to be the #2 seed in the AFC after going 6-10 last year?!
We're only a few players away, no matter what the whiners:boohoo: want to say. This is the NFL, and the age of parity. We will have the easiest schedule of all the AFC east teams. We dominated 2 of the best teams in the NFL in the Pats and Bears.
The sky is NOT falling. :mad:
Have some faith people, we are the MIAMI DOLPHINS,:dolphins: and I believe we only need some tinkering, not an overhaul...
 
i thought that new orleans would be in the playoffs...i picked them to be the 5 seed though

Are you serious? Do you have any posts to back that up? I'm not talking abt saying 4 games into the season they'd make the playoffs... but BEFORE the season began. If you have some posts to back that up, I will give you some incredibly mad and psychotic props.

Exactly my point. NO ONE can say today that Cpep won't be the top 3 QB he was a few years ago... 2007 NFL is a long ways away, but I am already there! And excited! :D
 
All we need is a few playmakers. A WR that can get open and wont drop passes. A few young tough OL. Maybe a corner or safety. And a healthy Culpepper. We will win the division next year.

It doesn't take Mulder to see we need the WR you mentioned... again, Booker out-performed CC with yet another QB as the excuse for CC's dismal performance. WHO has the stats to argue CC is A #1 WR?!?!?! 1 year wonder, similar to Peerless Price! I like Chris as a top flight #2 WR, nothing more!

Considering our QB started the season as the 3rd stringer, we played a very good game today at Indy where they have been very hard to beat.

ABSOLUTELY. We aren't that far away, and with exception to gettin' shut out by the Bills, we were competitive in every game.
 
Ya know, I even bought into the idea that team could make the Playoffs and maybe win a game or two...but that was before we lost Ricky for the year.

Everyone was so impressed with how we finished 6-0 last season(including myself), but nobody mentioned Ricky's contribution, because he had plenty to do with it. I'm a believer that you have to have 2 high quality backs, and Brown and Ricky are just that...I hope we get Ricky back next season, then that will surely take some heat off of whoever is our QB, and give a shot to win some of those close games. :)
