I looked it up on Google but couldn't find anything about Bell's 40 time. Normally I wouldn't care about this but it seems like Bell plays at a faster speed than almost anyone else on the field and I'm curious if this is because he is so fast or because he's so aggressive......Does anyone know what he runs in the 40? I'm guessing that it can't be any slower than 4.5

I have no idea what his 40 time is/was (although I have a feeling it was nothing special), but do remember hearing numerous times how he has an extremely explosive first step which allows him to make breaks on the ball quicker than others and puts him in position to make a lot of plays.

he had a injury his senior season so i am not sure he had a 40 time....ck would know more on this.

I dont think he looks that fast, but he is in posistion a lot. I think Jason Allen on the other hand jsut explodes into the play looking like he is running a 4.3

I think Allen ran in 4.39 range, dont know about Bell though.

He ran a 4.33 in the 40 before he got hurt, miami was expecting around a 4.5 after he recovered..

Hope I helped you..
Good find, keep in mind though that 4.33 wasnt on the combine track... He might not have turned in that time at INDY.

Give me an example of the play that Jason Allen explodes into ... I haven't seen it, :tantrum:

Allens draft profile has him at a 4.49..

His official time was 4.39, he's more quick than fast though (which is great when you already run a sub 4.4).

I think he seems to be everywhere on the field because he always knows where the ball is going to be and is very aggressive.

He ran a 4.43 before so i'm guessing he runs abbout a 4.45 seeming as the injury was so long ago and he is in his prime.
