Yeremiah Bell, Dan Henning make USA Today's "All-Joe Team"

Offensive coordinator Dan Henning was the AFC's All-Joe team offensive coordinator of the year, and his comments section praised him for "Coached power running in the past; now big on guile, trickery."

The All-Joe team is about providing those who do the grunt work that allows someone else to excel a little praise. Anyone who makes the Pro Bowl isn't eligible, but making the All-Joe team often leads to future recognition, or a big time promotion or contract.
