In 2007 Bell played like half a quarter when he busted his achillies. Also in 2004 was a speical teamer.

In fairness to Bell he is playing between Carroll and Jones, and he is at least making tackles. It is obvious though that he isnt what he used to be.

This team is worse than the 2007 team. In 2007, team lost their starting quarterback (Green), running backs (Williams, Brown), receiver (Chambers traded), starting and backup safeties (Bell, Hill, Tillman), and linebacker (Zach Thomas). Sad thing is they were still somewhat competitive. This team now has no injuries besides Henne yet are playing terrible. Looking at another 1-15 season?

How much could we get for him in a trade with a team needing a run stopping safety? He'll be too old when we become good again. We could just play Jones at SS and Clemons at FS.

I like Bell, he has been one of the more consistent players that we have had in years. He could be wayy better in passing situations but hes a top tacklers out of safeties in the NFL.
