I wanted to do this for Flip and the other Tannehill Naysayers. Look at this passing chart and tell me he can only throw 5 yards.

Ryan Tannehill's week 2 accuracy chart is one of the best I've done so far

notice the 2 for 2 on 3rd down and long. plus the 3 drops, big one from Landry. if Landry catches that with 8 minutes in the 4th. I think we have a different narrative around here

For what he does he certainly "accurate." I personally just want to see him push the ball down field more and take less check down passes.

I don't need a chart to see flat out misses...Sims comes to mind. That is a "must" TD...inexcusable in a "franchise" QB.

no QB is perfect. you have to do more then single out 1 play. same play I've seen franchise QBs miss all the time. besides, we won that game and I am talking about the Jags game here. move on...

I'm starting to really believe a lot of people don't watch other teams QB play. Especially, when they complain that Tanne misses throws...Do they realize even the great Tom Brady and Payton Manning with years more experience that Tannehill miss throws? Unbelievable!

Even Rodgers misses 1 or 2 per game. That said, he needed to hit that one.

Tannehill is actually pretty good at those throws across his body when he's running to his left (not an easy throw to make). Of course, the one he misses will be talked about until the end of time around here.

example: the Damien Williams TD last week, brilliant play for those who say he can't improvise and make plays. his orginal WR wasn't open, line got beat, he reversed field running away from the pass rush and threw across his body while running left

The only real miss I saw this week was a sideline pass to Jennings a few plays after he dropped that easy one.

I thought he played well and those stats back that up. Would have liked to seen a lot more out of our last few possessions but it didn't happen. Several penalties were mostly to blame. Our RT had three all by himself for the game which is unacceptable.

Stats are good but the offense needs to score more points. 10 by the offense against Washington and 20 against Jacksonville. It's not all on Tannehill, the offensive line hasn't been doing their jobs, the offensive play calling has been questionable.

When you have young talented receivers like Landry, Stills , Matthews , Parker, & Cameron (hoping his groin heals up quickly) you need to find better ways to get them the ball. You need to find ways to establish a running game. Miller may not be the best back in the league but he has averaged over 4 yards/carry in the past.. Lazor needs to do a better job of getting everyone involved on offense including committing to the running game. There are other teams out their with average to below average O-lines but somehow they figure out ways to produce on offense.

Nawh, they have no interest in talking about those kinda throws or the brilliant one he made to Matthews dropping it right in-between 20 defenders. I jumped the hell of my couch when I saw it..gorgeous!

Btw, That throw is something you don't see from many "better" QBs around the league. The kid got some special stuff in him...

That was a nice improvised play

I'll be fair and criticize him for a minute. He did miss Jennings who was wide open after the defender fell. Might have been a miscommunication, either way Tannehill should throw to the open spot. He also missed Jordan Cameron wide open on what I believe was the play he pulled his groin on. He needs better situational awareness, final drive of game you can't throw a 6 yard pass with no timeouts and the clock ticking. on 4th down, he missed Landry wide open at the top of the screen. he could have hit him, Landry runs for 15-20 yards and gets out of bounds. so yes he wasn't "perfect"
