Well, I said it really early in the season and it looks like it will come true. Yet another mediocre .500 finish.

8-8
No playoffs
3rd place finish in the East

I guess there is always next year right?

I will say this. I think that Tannehill can play quite well in the NFL is they will ever get someone for him to throw to and some guys that can protect him.

The defense that started out promising has been absolutely horrible in the second half of the season and needs to see some big changes, started with the coordinator.

Also, Wallace is trash and needs to go!

But it's "progress" lol and we have "stability" now that philbin is coming back again. Even though the only thing that is stable is 8-8.

At least its pretty obvious that Kevin Coyle will be fired now. His defense as in meltdown mode.

More 8-8 seasons coming our way as long as Philbin continues to lead the way.

Got completely out coached today by Rex Ryan. That fake punt made Joey P look as dumb as ever. Lack of preparation, lack of awareness, all traits of Philbin.

What frustrates me more than anything about this coaching staff is that it seems as if they are simply unable to game plan for individual teams and/or situations. What's worse is that they seen to not be able to make any game time adjustments.

Don't worry, the mediocrity homers say Philbin needs 5 more years.

Be patient!!!!!!!!

Better cause to fire Coyle. In the long run this will prove best.

You can save this thread for December 2015 and it'll be just as accurate.
That's the spirit! I, for one, PREFER not to spend the offseason in a negative funk. I saw what everyone saw, and all week I was thinking the Jets might win this one because its the effing Jets and crap like this seems to happen when we play them. Defense and the O-line need help, for sure. Brandon Albert back would help. I think the offense would be fine with a better O-line, we have some play makers. I don't get the lack of respect for Lamar Miller. What more can he do? Coyle needs to go, and we need a few pieces. I am CHOOSING to believe that better days are coming soon. If I am wrong, so be it.

In the past three years have a total of 23 wins and 25 losses...........no icky sticky feeling here

We have a quarterback, and we have at least a couple of other pieces (Hartline, Sims, Clay, Grimes, Pouncey, Wake). That's about all this team has, and it is time for Dennis Hickey to show us what he can do to solve this problem.

Then we start the cycle all over again. I am tired of seeing this team stick with sorry a$s coaches for far too long.
