He is so blinded by his inferiority complex, his anger, and false pride, that he has allowed his emotion to rule his dumb thinking.

On the first game, he should have been calling time outs to preserve clock while fins jammed it down their throats.

This game, he should have squibbed kick the second Ginn TD.

This is a great example of false pride...getting the best of you and clouding your judgement.

RR is not an NFL coach. He has lots to learn.

The first thing is the NFL should sanction him for fostering spit talk. If Rush Limbaugh causes disharmony, what does an ape like RR do with all the negative trash talk and disparaging remarks by him and his players do for the NFL?

He should be fined for talking *hit.

This is no revelation to Ozzie Newsome who went outside to hire a new HC knowing he risked losing Rex in doing so, or to Thomas Dimitroff, Atlanta's new GM, who from his NE days understood coaching talent, and after interviewing Rex, went out and hired a less-heralded DC from Jacksonville as their HC.

Rex is a walking example of "The Peter Principle" (people rise to the level of their incompetence and remain there)

So true. I wonder how long before the NY fans and media figure this out?

He is a major liability not only to that organization, but to the NFL as a whole.

No use for a classless person like that. He belongs in the NBA.

No...he belongs in the WWE. He could be King Kong Bundy Jr.

I knew they would keep kicking to Ginn because of Ryan's arrogance. Too much talk for his own good.

hes a good coach, hes just an arrogant prick and an a**hole. He thinks he can get away with anything without any consequences. he will learn, but hopefully the jets tank this year. remember, they have just a hard of a schedule that we do.

The Jets have one of the best kick coverage units in the league. Squib kicking after the first return wasn't necessarily a good idea.

The first kick return had a lot to do with the trajectory of the kickoff by Feely. He kicked a line drive right to Ginn which allowed no time for the coverage team to get down the field before Ginn started up the field.

It's not unreasonable to think your top notch coverage unit can stop Ginn from returning a second TD if the kicker can just get some air under it.

Ginn made a few Jets look stupid on the second return. Tackle the guy. That's not a bad decision by Rex.

Our Kick coverage has been outstanding all year, Ted Ginn has been a mediocre return man his entire career. I was fine w/ them kicking to him and that's Westhoff's call anyway not rex.

He's a rookie, of course he has alot to learn- so does Sparano. The worst decision of the day by far was Miami going for 2. had they not screwed us w/ that penalty onthe 2 pt conversion that game at worst gets into OT.

Typical yet fan. Just dont get it do ya...thats why you been swept sista!

You, Westhoff, Ryan, all fine with kicking to Ginn? Well, 2 TD's :callme:

Westhoffs call to squibb? really? Thats why Ryan admitted "if we scored late we would have squibbed..." It is the HC call jag!

"The worst decision..." Uh...we won! :chuckle:

Ginn has been a terrible KR in his NFL career, we have been great at covering kicks. If we don't miss a couple of tackles on that 2nd one no one is saying a word today as we would have won.

A HC can overrule but he wasn't making that decision on the 2nd KO. We kicked it to him again after the next TD too.
