unless:

1. the defense decides to show that they came to do something besides commit penalties.

2. Ronnie Brown can show that he can actually run through a one-handed ankle tackle (yes, he was actually tackled by the ankle with ONE FRIGGIN HAND in the open field).

This is pathetic and personally, I don't think that we can come back from 17 down....especially the way we are beating ourselves and allowing the Bills to beat us. Top ranked run defense my arse........the Bills have shown otherwise so far. So, what's it gonna be Phins? Do you prove all of the pre-season critics correct and slink off into another 4-12 mistake filled season or do you gain some intestinal fortitude and play some ball? :shakeno:
 
im not ready to just hand over the game. There have been stranger things that have happened in games. I am disappointed for sure on the performance. But that could change. 17-0 is not looking to good though.
 
This is shaping up as being one of those games where anything that can go wrong goes wrong for us, and anything that can go right goes right for the other team.

Ok homer, exactly how are the Phins supposed to win this game the way they are currently playing? Hmmm? That's what I thought. This has NOTHING to do with being a fan. It has EVERYTHING to do with watching your team self-destruct. It's homers like you that make me sick......so we're eaven.
 
guys. we're playing poorly true. but i cant see Miami playing this poorly again in the second half, Buffalo has been winning the field position, turnover, and penalty battles, but one big play can turn every thing around for Miami.

I am hoping that Saban and Co. can make the necessary adjustments to help us get back into this game, but the sad truth is that unless the players stop committing stupid penalties, it really won't matter. The defense has to step up. They have let the Bills have their way in the first half. I know this defense is better than they are playing.....I just hope they show it before it's too late.
 
We can move the ball, we just have to stop KILLING ourselevs. I can't belive Gus stared down Booker in the endzone and then threw it! He looked like Drew Bledsoe!
