If Ginn comes out next week and has a big day with a big play or two the posts will change to how he may be emerging as a #1, or a solid #2, as it did after the Jets game... I think Ginn has some serious issues, will never be an elite #1 or possibly not even a solid # 2, but the bandwagon jumping on players after every game on this board is ridiculous and goes to prove how many of you really don't know **** about the game....

Trade deadline is over, no-one's getting traded or likely cut right now, these issues will be addressed in the off-season... A petition to cut a player??? Just a stupid post, may be a good idea if you're in grade 4 or so, so if thats the case my apologies....

so if you're gonna p!$$ and moan after a loss make some of your posts sensible, talk about Ginn dropping the ball, bad tackling or bad calls by the refs etc, but use some common sense...cause I have a feeling its the same guys making these ridiculous "cut this player" posts that are making postseason predictions after we have a good game.....

While I don't know about the rest of you but I'm backing my team as a true fan should... lots of ball left, and were not as bad as a record, thats for sure.... Go FINS!!!

Sorry but Ginn sucks, he needs to go. Guy can't catch and has zero toughness.

If you read my post I'm not disagreeing with you... but the reality is he ain't goin till the off-season, same with many of these guys, I'm not saying guys aren't posting the right things, however you need to realize that Ginn will be here the rest of the year, so I'm hopin he can turn it around, rather than ****** about he needs to be cut, cause it won't happen

I've been a Ginn supporter, but it is clear he's not an NFL receiver. He will make a big play every now and then, but he doesn't make enough big plays to offset his poor plays. I hope Hartline replaces Ginn.

I have never supported ginn. I mean I hope he does well. I just don't think he has the toughness to be a NFL Receiver. I watched Micheal Crabtree yesterday against houston. The guy only has 2 weeks of practice and he's making plays. Goes over the middle gets the snot knocked out of him and makes a great catch. Gets back up and does it again 3 plays later. If it takes 3 y for a receiver to develop he is going to be a out and out stud.

I am a big ohiostate fan and was a big ginn supporter. I am officially off the bandwagon. His kick and punt returns suck this year and he is playing scared. i have had it with his azz.

lol.. "if Ginn comes out next week and makes big plays.."

Ok, bump this thread next week and we'll see if he does.

ALL DOLPHINS FANS WANT TO SEE GINN BE BETTER THAN RANDY MOSS. We wish he could catch 3 td's a game. Problem is, we have to deal with reality. He just sucks.

Well he would only be playin in his 3rd game with Henne next Sun.... these issues were here last year too, just Penny didn't have the arm to get it to him.... Ginn's year will be up and down, probably more down than up, but i will guarantee that he catches a couple deep shots, such as the one against the jests over the remainder of the season, and the same jerks that always post will be throwin him props one week and hating him the next.... this S*** has been goin on for the last 2 years

I'm sorry I know you're not directly defending Ginn but still for his two first years in the league I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he's still doing the same things he was doing in his rookie season. Ginn's problems 1. He catches the ball with his body, he cradles passes too much. If you're a WR and you can't catch with your hands you will never make it in this league. Look at the top flight recievers in the league, not one of them does this. 2. He plays football like he should wear a skirt. He goes down with arm tackles and half the time he lets the ground tackle him. If he's not doing that then he's running out of bounds and never turning the ball upfield. His YAC is pitiful, something like 0.2 .... 3. He has confidence issues, if you can't believe as a WR that you will catch the ball everytime it is thrown to you then you will never make it in the league. I will give him props where it is due, but I will never support keeping him on this team past this season.

I don't disagree, he'll have his share of sh!tty games and his moments this season.... I still think there may be some plays from Henne that are there that weren't with Penny....thing i don't like is the flip floppin back and forth, I mean he won't get cut in the middle of the season and will continue to get his share of plays....people have to accept it and move on... I'll be interested to see what the FO does with him next year, but were not there yet, lets focus on the jests

First of all, I really have to say that I don't think a big day is in the cards. Truthfully, I think he is going to see the field an awful lot less because he was already in the doghouse once and he screwed up even bigger again.

Even if he were to have a big game, the damage has already been done. You can't have a guy who kills your entire offensive effort in half the games he plays. Ginn may stay a placeholder for the rest of the season, but there is zero doubt in my mind that he is gone. He was somebody else's draft pick to begin with and not a pick that the current regime would have ever made. This team values mental toughness and just getting the job done, and Ginn is the absolute antithesis of that.
