but would you have put rosenfels in to start the fourth quarter since there wasn't anything brewing with gus for the first 3?
 
haha. i cant deny that i wouldve done it. then next game give it back to gus.
 
why are you throwing the game at an unknown entity, this isn't week 15 or 16 adn were 4-10. we had a chance to win that game or have a comeback and it didn't work out. it wasn't a bad loss
 
i agree with a-wing, and i'm not wearing any ears. the game was too close for such a move.

no we didnt. ha. its messed up that you believed that we did. instinct shared with me that we werent getting anywhere close to the chemistry needed, the change of pace and mentality that a win warranted by keeping gus in the game.

No, Gus led us to a score and we had the mojo. Prior to that, nothing clearly indicated that Gus was the main cause of us being behind 10-0. I was fired up when we scored to make it 10-7. If we stop them on that next drive and get the ball back I think we score to pull it out 14-10. But it didnt work out in the end.
 
what boggles my mind is that you guys are completely certain that you wouldnt have replaced gus with sage even after knowing the outcome.

so you would prefer zero chance than some chance.

Erroneous, you honestly didnt think following our TD when its was 10-7 that the team wasnt right back in the game and if the D held we wouldnt have been in a position to score to take the lead, or at worse tie it?

really?
 
I don't see how Sage would help the receivers catch the ball....
