I have never seen a defense less prepared to play a game. It is week 16 and our defense can not tackles, and are blowing coverages left and right. His blitzes have been a joke, and everyone is confused.

I think we should start petition to hire Romeo Crennel.

Agree. Pasqaloni should have been fired at halftime.

That made me laugh. How awesome would that be? We would be the first team to ever do that. It would be even better if they cut Wilson and fired Paul at half time, and made Jenifer Lopez fire them both.

this wasnt the only game the defense wasnt prepared for... I hated the hire from the start.. He was always a bad coach, even at SU (regardless of his record there)

Paul Pasqualoni is likely going to be shown the door at the end of the year. I think both coordinators will be gone after this season, but don't be surprised if the new coordinators come from within. David Lee is a strong candidate for OC and Todd Bowles is a strong candidate for DC. What do I see happening? David Lee will be OC and either Crennel or Groh will be DC.

I too see Lee becoming the OC.

I'd take anyone other the Pasq. at DC. I guess they can fire his *** immediately after the season, correct?

they could fire him right now if they wanted, although they should have never hired him in the fist place.

was PP a parcells hire or prior to them?
henning will be gone also.
He brought Paul over from Dallas.

Also, people need to keep something in mind about Dan Henning as OC. He was not their first choice, in fact he was way down on their list and really just wanted him as a mentor. Pete Carmichael Jr. is who they targeted as OC in 2008, but he ended up staying with the Saints. By the way, Carmichael is now the OC with the explosive Saints offense.

Agreed. David Lee OC and Crennel new DC.

I am not so sure how much I like Todd Bowles anymore. I know we have a young secondary but they should be better than they are.

When you don't refresh basics like, saaaaaaayyy...Tackling in TC, what happens is what you see. Missed and sloppy tackling.

The fault of not putting importance on basics refreshers in the training process. Don't give me the "They're professionals, they should know how already."

When units deploy to Afgan or Iraq, they go through a whole training process that starts from basics and works it's way up. Doesn't matter if you're a 5 tour vet or straight out of basic. It's a tried and true process. This same process holds true from everyone from Special Forces on down.

You don't get better at winning by losing. You don't get better at running by not running, and, you don't get better at tackling by not tackling.

Sparano needs to re look at some of his processes, and relieve the OC, DC, and ST coordinators. There is something in the process that is broken, and I don't see it as arguable.
