Im dispointed, sure, I didnt think we would beat Pittsburgh but that didnt stop me yelling at the TV all game long and shouting at players before quickly praising them a few plays later. :wink:
However, we lost the game. We all feel deflated and set sights on Week 2 and the visit of Buffalo. The thing is, its feeling all depressed and deflated that makes winning so, so sweet. Remember the Pats game in 04? All those defeats and then we stun em with that 4th and long, I was smiling all off-season long over that. 2005 had the San Diego game, the Chargers players and media had stated that we had no chance, so we went in there and beat em and as a result they missed the play-offs. :D
This season is going to have lows, and last night was one. BUT there will be highs, and we just have to sit tight and wait for them to happen. We could go 15-1 from here on in. No-one knows. But you have to experience defeat to truely enjoy a victory!
Im gutted guys, but after cooling off, remeber, no-one will go 16-0 anymore in the NFL and therefor we HAD to lose a game this season, it just so happened it came Week One. Lets keep our heads up, keep the cheers coming and get ready to lay a beating on the Bills!!
