So asking whether someone here thought that either Feeley or Frerotte was a "Diamond!" was an act of logic? Or the term "who is the less worse" for that matter?

What I asked was this: Let's put this issue to rest and take a vote. Let's see a show of hands of fans who believe they have conclusive evidence that ANY QB on this team deserves to be the diamond of our franchise.

I defined that throughout this post (if you have taken the small effort to read it) to mean 'qualified to lead this team"

Do you not have any logical defense or answer to that question other than the what you are trying to float? IMO, you have done nothing but contribute to the ignorance that feeds this issue.

Read my lips and if you disagree, then pipe up: NO QB on this team has PROVEN that they can lead this team.
 
I think the thread is hillarious and accurate.
Why not start another QB thread? Can you think of a hotter topic?
You have to admitt he took an original approach.

1) If you continue to use that sorry argument that AJ will throw interceptions for touchdowns even though he hasnt done that since December 5th and has pretty much proven that wont be a problem anymore...you just might be a Guskateer

2) If you complained that Feeley didnt use his secondary options after the first preseason game and raved about Gus even though he played against the 2nd string and his best passes were luck, then declared that dropped passes are the fault of Feeley in the 2nd game, then changed your argument in the 3rd game complaining that Feeley now wasnt throwing the ball downfield enough, then defended Frerotte because HIS receivers were dropping passes on him in the 4th game and downplayed Feeley's performance because HE was playing against the 2nd string......you just might be a Guskateer.

why does it have to be one versus the other? can we not dislike both?

I don't know that I can disagree with a question. I can only answer or respond.

I completely agree that no QB on this team has PROVEN that they can lead this franchise. However, I believe that you can't PROVE it until you DO it.

I hope Feeley can, if he can't, I hope Frerotte can.

i agree, and i'll add if Frerotte can't, i hope Sage can. If Sage can't, i hope Berlin can.

i don't particularly like Feeley or Frerotte, but whoever gets the job done, really, is who i'll support.

This thread isnt aimed at the "May the best QB win" crowd or the " Both QBs Suck" crowd or the "I'm for whoever Saban Names" crowd. Its aimed specifically at the Guskateer crowd. The arguments I highlighted were the more repetitive and ridiculous arguments IMO, that I've seen made regarding Gus being better than AJ. There are legitimate arguments to be made against Feeley and I didn't post them due to the nature of this thread which was to skewer the absurd ones in a humorous (at least in my mind) way.

You start hearing voices in your head say AJ sucks and you start threads out of nowhere defending him.
