I don't care what kind of progress we make with THill this year, and I don't care if we lose Lazor because of it BUT Joe and this coaching staff has to go. I don't care what happens the rest of the way, we need real game planners in here. If THill is as good as I think he is he'll just have to adapt and strive under a new system.

I was coming here to post a similar thought. I don't know how far you can expect to go with Philbin running things. How many times are we going to come up flat or unprepared for a big game. It's Groundhog Day. Same thing over and over and over. I don't know if I can take another year of it. And, even if the Dolphins come back to win tonight, it won't change the fact that once again they laid an egg at the start of a nearly must-win situation in which they were favored.

No fire, no intensity, flat as always. Joe can not get it done plain and simple. No accountability for anything with this team. He allows them to continue to get abused with no adjustments, etc.

We are just never gonna win anything BIG with this staff no matter how many playmakers we accumulate and that's the demoralizing part of it all. This is a HUGE problem and I now hope Ross see's it because I was willing to give Philbin the year but my patience with him has ended tonight

We need some meat up front on defense. Tim Bowens type players. That's simple. Starks is not a gobble up type DT.

That's all it is. And Wake is an edge rusher. He has to attack from the outside.
