You worthless piece of Slime! QBs play like Garbage(today).

HAHA HA HA HA AAAA!!!!!!!! This sucks. But I do take a few things out of this. Either 1) All the QBs suck. or 2) the offense sucks or 3) the defense rocks and will keep even a crappy offense in games. BUT, if it is the defense that is doing so good and just stopping a mediocre offense, I would suggest laying off a little and letting the offense get some confidence. Otherwise, that same D is going to be spending about 90% of the games on the field as the no-swagger offense goes 3 and out time and time again.

I hate to say it, but I think that the whole system is still in shambles as far as the offense is concernced. From top to bottom with the exception of the RBs. The OL isn't giving enough protection, the receivers haven't been outstanding, Ginn has been as big a flop as Beck as far as I'm concerned, just easier to blame Beck. The QBs are timid and not making good decisions, and the running backs are going to have to carry this team time and time again through the season. It'll be interesting to see how quick those RBs get hurt as they get overworked and Defenses around the League figure out all they have to do is stop the run. I would love to game plan against the dolphin offense at the moment. Sound like you could beat them with a flag football team.

Ouch. I can only hope that somehow the QBS prove us wrong on saturday and that the defense proves they are the real deal.

Otherwise... long season.

all i can keep telling myself is it is still early yet.... O i cant take another year of 1 win and so many close loses. :boohoo:

don't want to party pooop here but it's going to be a long season, there's no doubt about it lol maybe not for the reasons you proclaim but it sure will be a long and painful season again, i hope we see flashes of talent from young guys, that'll make me happy and hopeful

I disagree with you as far as this whole season is concerned. For just right now and the first 4 games of this year it might appear that way. Parcells has a plan and it will come to light once this season gets rolling and yes it is based around a running game and the offensive line. Now the offensive line has been an issue for years around here for 2 big reasons. Every year for the past 5 plus years it has had wholesale changes. It was Dave W doom when he changed out the entire O line his last year and I believe it was the reason for Ricky not coming back Daves W last year also. T hen every year after that we still had a major shuffle on the line and plus a lack of talent. The talent should not be the issue this year unless it is caused by injury. We have "2" 1st round draft picks at the tackle position a 2nd round pick at center and Smiley a big upgrade at guard whom was a high draft pick himself with SF. So that leaves us one guard position to fill with a lower pick or FA. Between Thomas, Murphy and McKinney we should be in good shape for that position too. The issue we do have yet again is this is a new young line which will take a few games to gell and probably even into next year to reach its full potential. Of course we might loose Carey next year which would be a blow. But we have for the first time the talent on hand for a decent O line and we have good RBs. So if the Dolphins can create sucess on the ground then the QB's only have to be so good. Think Eli Manning. The QB's just have to be care takers with the ability to throw the deep ball and a few screens to keep the defense honest. The O line has been a huge issue in Dolphin land for awhile. I still really stand by Lemon over Beck last due to this factor. I truly beleive it was because Lemon had the ability to run around in the pocket and buy time to make plays while Beck was less mobile and thus exposed our offensive line for what it was which was very medicore/poor. If Beck would have had more time last year you would have seen a complete different QB then and today. Think when Beck was playing in those adverse field conditions last year which slowed down the pass rush thus negating our offensive line weakness he played quite well. But when Beck had to play in normal field conditions he got creamed behind out line and lost his confidence to boot.

Just missed on Jay Cutler?
Passed on Brady Quinn?
Passed on Matt Ryan?

Here we go again! When will it stop?

I refuse to judge anyone until the 3rd preseason game. The offense is being rebuilt, so I will give it a little time to gel.
