If I was Ross I would fire everyone from Tannenbaum down to the equipment staff. It is time to blow this thing up. The team has some talent. Just needs to keep adding more . However Grier and the scouting staff have failed in some major areas especially finding decent offensive line talent. If I was Ross, I would fire everyone and hire someone who actually has good knowledge of today's NFL. This team needs a legit GM, maybe demote Grier to head scout. While hiring some new scouts especially some who have proven that they can find NFL O-line talent.
