I am sick and tired of watching this coaching staff sleep walk through everything the do, the game plan is vanilla every single week. We need a coaching staff with some fire that is not afraid to show some SWAG. Philbin said this team has no swag well Joe this team needs some swag. They are lifeless at best. Good bye to this coaching staff. I can't watch this Team another year just being middle of the road at best. Wallace was a waste of Money. He might be one of the laziest receivers I have ever seen. He doesn't go and get the ball he is always floating away from it.
