i'm all for hiring a young guy, a la schotty, and not going w/ a recycled head coach or college coach who has never been successful. i'm not sure how many other people read bill simmons, 'the sports guy' , on espn's page 2 but he wrote an article linking head coaches success to their age as of late. makes for an interesting read and makes me all the more certain we need youth. i'll post link.
