I was playing madden today and was looking through our depth chart, and I realized our offense is very young. I was very pleased and quite suprised to know this. Well, anyway, check this out. http://www.miamidolphins.com/lockerroom/teamroster/teamroster.asp

That gives us an average age of 26.5. That is pretty young for a football team considering most guys come into the league at age 22. We aren't too young leaving us with no experiance we have 4.8 years of experiance on an average.

I think we are going to have one of the league's top offenses for several years to come boys. Man I am so excited! :dolphins:
 
Thats pretty good. And they could be a very talented offense too which is something we haven't seen around here in a long time.
 
Yeah, I can't wait to see this offense go nuts. Man if they click on all cylinders it will be insane.
 
I really like the fact that 5 of are OL men are in that group. It would be a big factor if we can keep these guys together for a while. That would be huge in how explosive are offense can be.

Yea and lets add a couple more through the draft, but I agree the exiting part with our team is were young so we dont neccesarly have to win big this year, Although thats exactly what I expect.
 
i still have madden 05...anyone know where I can get a new 06 roster patch with Culpepper etc as I was still playing the Lions with Fiedler as QB last night...and old Jay threw for nearly 500 yards!! How computer games can be unrealistic!!
 
This offense is gonna take us to the super bowl baby!!!!!!
 
I like that you bring up this point...it shows we're in better shape then some seem to think at OL only because of the fact that we are SO young at that position that is dominated by players at least 3-4 years older then the guys we have.

Give em a season or two, when they enter what is supposed to be their prime years, then we can say something, until then, we are so young there that I don't see a point in drafting any OL early in the draft.
 
You also could be factoring in a rookie WR with our first pick as the Dolphins are said to be very interested in Chad Jackson and Santonio Holmes. That would add another young playmaker on offense.
