Still, it sounds strange that someone like Young could slip that far, but then Daunte Culpepper was the 11th overall choice in the 1999 draft and three quarterbacks were drafted before him, including Tim Couch (aka Matt Leinart) (first overall by Cleveland) and Akili Smith (aka the next failed Brett Farve, Jay Cutler) (third overall by Cincinnati) who are no longer in the league.

I'm only hoping that Young falls a bit more than 11, hopefully to 16.

If you guys read the article did anyone notice that it said the Bears are looking for a QB? What if we traded for Grossman?

Young needs time to develope and with Oaklands QB situation he won't get that time and it will prove to be a bad choice when they play him to early and he doesn't do well adapting to the NFL.
