This is a big draft for you, with Ross giving you the power you can't blow this. Call me crazy but I can see the dolphins making a splash either in the draft or free angency hear me out. Ross needs to fill the stands fisher could have helped but he's out. So maybe Ireland trades up to get luck or rg3 to sucure us a fracnchise Qb and Ross signing off no matter the cost. If we did get luck and he ends up being great Ross and Jeff would be priased

They have to do something BIG to fill those seats. I was very much considering going to see them in Cincy this year but if nothing changes, I won't be.
Getting a coach that can get us fans excited would help. This is a huge offseason for this FO, its sink or swim time.

I like the move by Ross...he made a decision and stayed with it. I for one am pro Ireland so I like the move. I know people disagree.
