Your...Day 2 prediction

Marquise Lee
Allen Robinson
Donte Moncrief
Martavis Bryant
Jace Amaro
Trai Turner
XSF
DaQuan Jones
Kyle Van Noy

Surprised at the number of secondary picks in Round 1. 4 safeties? All the top-rated CBs too.

We're going to get a run on DE, 34OLB, DT/NT, maybe QB. A good WR will make it to 50 purely on strength of numbers, I believe. I doubt it'll be Lee or Robinson, but I'd run the card up if either was there.

In the third I have my eye on CJ Fiedorowicz, who is coming in very underrated, imo. Phillip Gaines is another and it might be the round to take Preston Brown (though I'd prefer to do it in the 4th). Jeremy Hill is a factor in R3 for me too.
 
Trade up for the wr lee or see if asj makes it to 50.need to add a weapon to the offense. Then lb or safety in the 3rd.

Couldn't agree more. Not a fan of the pick last night but if he adds some playmakers on offense and a lb ill fell better. Ireland and his stupidity left this team a mess. It was gonna take nore than one year to fix it. At least oline is better. Id love a trade up for lee
 
I'm hoping it's either
1: Shayne Skov
2: Sua Filo
3: Lamarcus Joyner
I don't think any of these 3 will be there when we pick so hopefully we trade up. Everyone wants a WR but we have more needs. Corner is very unstable and we still need a starting RG. MLB is the most glaring need. IMO

I'm convinced a receiver will be there at #50. Marqise Lee, Cody Latimer, Jordan Matthews, Allen Robinson, Donte Moncrief are all still available. Don't see them all coming off before Miami picks again. If they are, they can still look at Davante Adams or TE Jace Amaro. If they're also gone, then that means some good offensive lineman fell into 'value range' along with some good defensive players. There are enough names I like in the second round that Miami should have no issues getting one. Which means that they probably won't.
 
Well I'm sure I'll take heat for saying this but who cares--I liked the pick last night. The top 4 tackles were gone and he was a need pick, who has played like 50 consecutive games in the SEC at RIGHT tackle. For those of you who don't know this, converting a left tackle to right tackle doesn't always work. Several of the high picks last year were not successful at that transition. This is a plug-in, proven player at a position we desperately needed. They stuck with their draft board and went with a guy they spent a lot of time with, and who also really wanted to be a Dolphin. Stop the bitching. Until Hickey proves otherwise I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

As far as today goes I think we need playmakers on offense--Amaro or Seferian Jenkins, Lee or Martavious Bryant, and one of the RB's on he board. I would especially love to see us go up and get Hyde. He reminds me so much of Marshawn Lynch. Let's give Hickey an opportunity to show what he can do and not get so hung up on name players. Also stop watching ESPN and turn to NFL network. Much more knowledgeable, and they aren't Pats homers or idiots like Mel Kiper. Btw that group actually liked the pick.

Fine with the ither two but not Skov. Check out how many knee injuries he's had--I think 3 or 4--damaged goods. If you wany some insight into who we might take, research who we met with at the combine or had in for a visit. So far it's 100% aaccurate.
 
I predict whoever we pick will drive half the board crazy
 
2nd round targets:

OLB Kyle Van Noy
TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins
OG/C Marcus Martin

I suspect all 3 of these players will be gone by pick 50 though.

I think Moncrief will be there. I'm on the fence about him being a 2nd rounder though.

I also forgot Marqise Lee is still available. He' be worth going up to get.
