Your heart the last minute of the game

Had such a headache after the game (not drinking ) from the stress had to go lay down for awhile

I was quite nervous the entire last drive but when they reached our 19 my heart beat just went up.
I think it helped being around others in the stadium knowing that they feel the same. And the screaming released a lot of built up stress. Of course then we have to take a time out after the 2nd down and the 3rd down (not criticizing) which seemed to last an eternity and felt like the Dolphins organization were trying, intentional, to give an entire stadium a heart attack.

I think the last time out was the low light in my physical condition.
All we did was look at the clock. 00:07 it said. 4th down. Our section was during that time out eerie quiet. Nobody said a word. We just kept on looking at each other. It was like everybody had the same thought "please not again". When the time out was over and the screaming started it was like a relief. And I am not going to say how I felt when Thomas intercepted Brady. That would be x-rated.

I was preparing myself for the let down....so I didn't feel anything. Then we got the interception and I smiled like a little school girl and my heart almost came out of my chest. I don't remember feeling that happy in a while...probably since the Heat won last year.

The last time my heart was beating this fast was when I got chased down an alley by a pit bull. My heart can't much more of these type games.

I also have played guitar for a few years....and every 4th quarter I just hold it and doodle around while everything goes down...it keeps my mind off being stressed as **** in the final drive lol

At the game, everyone stood up for that whole last minute drive, and at one point, I actually had to sit for a play, cuz my heart was beating so fast and hard, and I was so emotionally spent.. Of course I got right up tho and continued screaming:)
