that would probably be our best lineup with the reports about mckinney

in your sig, is feely ahead by 2 or 3 yards?:goof: j/w

I like:

LT- Carey

LG- James

C- St.Clair

RG- Hadnot

RT- McDougle

the reason id rather this is becuase Hadnot had so far been playing very well at guard, why move him, especially when ST. Clair used to play center, i dont know if St. Clair has every played guard, he has played LT, RT, and Center, so why move him to Guard where he hasnt played, and let Hadnot continue growing at Guard

That would be the 5 I would pick.

Carey
James
McKinney
St Clair
McDougle

This brings a good blend of experience...which is very important for offensive line gellage. I suspect all the hate McKinney speech is an over-reaction from fans who don't know what the centers responsibility is and don't study game tape. It's a new system. We have to at the very least see how he plays in a game situation...Not simply trust a minicamp report with less than optimal viewage.

McIntosh and Hadnot bring reasonable backup depth. If Hadnot can win a starting position...that would be great. I expect Wade Smith to continue to be trained for the possibility of starting at center next year as that position requires a bit more athletic ability to get to the Linebackers.

*Side note one more time: St Clair would have to lose about 30 lbs to play center. It ain't going to happen. He is much bigger than his listed weight.

If Mckinney stays as center, which by a lot of indications he might, then I'd rather have Hadnot at RG, as he's monster, st. Clair is kind of tall for that position and isn't as physical as Hadnot, Hadnot does play the position with additude. St. Clair is a better swing T to me. If he must play on the interior I'd prefer Center, I think he hurts us more at G. At Center, Jeno and Hadnot can help.

LT - Vernon Carey

LG - Jeno James

C - John St.Clair or Rex Hadnot

RG - Rex Hadnot or John St.Clair

RT - Stockar McDougle

But I would probably want to have St.Clair at C just because he is a Vet and would have an easier time adjusting to C than Hadnot. I know that Hadnot played C in college but I have seen him in camp and has looked really really good at G... and I kinda dont wanna mess with him since he is still a young player and it might take some time for him to adjust...
