Not everyone here is completely disgusted with the team, its players, its coaches and administration. Our talent is above average, our coaching is improved from last year. We lost week one against the team leading the NFL in offense and arguably the best team in the league, and we were in the game. They borrowed the Oregon Ducks rapid fire offense as a gimmick and exhausted our defense. Good for them. No one has stopped it yet so now more teams (St. Louis) are trying it. We played our guts out but lost. Exhausted and on a short week Houston showed up, the team leading the NFL in total defense and another excellent team. We kept their scoring down, we moved the ball, we made some mistakes TO's and missed FG's. We were in the game with a chance to win against another great team. We do not belong in the same conversation with KC, Seattle, Cleveland, etc. We have the talent and ability to form a cohesive focused team and plenty of games left to build momentum for a playoff run. Players like JT, Bell, and Long can help increase team confidence, it shouldn't be up to the coaches to hold everyone's hand. Coaches coach, players play. As for fans, I come here and am amazed at the lack of confidence and incredible impatience I see. Some people here make it sound like we just got blasted 44-3 by the Seahawks, but that is not what's happened. I'm nowhere near pressing the panic button yet. Are there things we need to work on? Obviously. We are not the best or most talented team out there but with more cohesion and a winning attitude we can win a lot of games (see "Jets"). LET'S JUST KEEP IT REAL, FINHEAVEN!
